The video starts to play, then stops and says it's "buffering". How long will it buffer?
This is often the result of net congestion. During periods of heavy Internet traffic, the video may drop frames and the audio may or may not continue, resulting in the video buffering until the congestion stops. When the congestion passes, you'll see the video return to normal.

Why does the video sometimes look blurry or jerky?
Digital video files are huge. One way streaming media attempts to compensate for the limitations of a low bandwidth connection is to drop the quality of the video. This enables the video to continue to play in a smooth and consistent manner. The way you can improve that quality is to increase the buffer time of your player, or attempt to watch the video over a higher bandwidth. A broadband connection is best for viewing video over the Internet.

Can I take the survey more than one time?
Yes, you may take the survey as many times as you like.

How are survey results used?
Your answers to the survey questions help us gauge the effectiveness of our building’s emergency preparedness program. Additionally, these questions are designed to help you remember a few of the most critical aspects of this training program.

How is my email address used?
Occasionally, the property management office will send email when updates are made to the training site or it’s time for you review the online materials and re-take the survey. We recommend all building occupants review the buildings emergency preparedness plan at least once a year. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
